- repainting of speed bumps and stop bars, at least once a year
- road repairs / pot hole remediation schedule
- sign repairs
- add to the reminder to make a post on the website when these take place.

- Annual membership meeting (check bylaws for when that meeting needs to take place)

- community inspection annual, inspect all the areas that we own / are responsible for, file tickets for things that need to happen
