Homeowners-we need your help! We are in the process of installing new speed humps on Foster Drive and would like to know where you think they would fit best. Please send an email to BoardHV3@gmail.com with your thoughts by Saturday January 16th.
Homeowners! You may have noticed several speed bumps in the community have been marked with an orange x. These speed bumps are being considered for removal. New speed bumps will replace them in spots different than where they are now and be fewer in number. While speed control is important, it has been brought to the boards attention that the current configuration of speed bumps has been causing damage to vehicles and, more importantly, been preventing emergency vehicles from swiftly getting in and out of the community. The HOA has heard your concerns and is taking action for the betterment of the community. If you have any questions or comments please let the board know.
