The Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association for Hartsfield Village III adopts the following rules and regulations in accordance with Florida Statutes, Chapter 720, and Article VII of the Hartsfield Village Bylaws as part of the governing documents of the community. Some of these rules and regulations may result in fines when violated. Others are statements of fact. Still others will be enforced by local authorities having jurisdiction, such as the City of Tallahassee or the Tallahassee Police Department.
