Nannas Loop Pot Hole Repair

I started my first road repair with a 50 pound bag of “Road Rescue” and discovered the job was going to need significantly more than just one bag.  Several bags later and the total cost of this project was $150 and took about an hour of time to complete.  Estimates for repairs from third parties were well over $1,000 and half a day, so I feel this was a good solution.

If you notice areas of the community owned roads that need attention, please send an email to board@hartsfieldvillage3.org with pictures and an explanation of where the damage is located.

Nannas Loop drains have been cleared

In anticipation of incoming storm Helene I’ve inspected and cleared the three large drains that are on Nannas Loop. The one in the center is about 50% blocked and the HOA is going to need to have it cleared out relatively soon, but I believe it will drain as expected for this storm.
