HOA Dues & Fees

The best way to get to know where your money is going is to attend a Homeowner’s Association Meeting. Our community depends on annual dues to keep the neighborhood safe and working in the best possible condition.

Article IV section 8: Any assessment not paid within (30) days after the due date shall bear interest from the due date at the rate of 18% per annum. If you are currently behind on your dues, please do not ignore our contractual obligation.

Please make your check payable to: Hartsfield Village III Association. It can be mailed it to: Hartsfield Village III Homeowners Association, Inc., 3972 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL 32303.

Annual Homeowners Dues are $150.00: – This is to be paid by March 1st of each year. If HOA Dues are not paid, a lien may be filed against your property. There will be an additional cost to the homeowner for attorneys fees, and for the lien filing fee. All attorneys fees and court costs incurred by the HOA in any collection action will be the responsibility of the homeowner and will be added to the homeowner’s account balance.

Foreclosure Facts: Once a lien has been placed on a property the HOA may Foreclose the property in order to recover unpaid HOA dues and fees.
