Annual Meeting – March 15

Greetings Homeowners and Residents! As you might already be aware, the Annual Homeowners Meeting is next Monday, March 15th at 7pm. This is our most important meeting of the year as we elect our board members for the year and make changes to our Bylaws. We hope that every homeowner and resident of our community will attend.
This meeting will be held via Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/7554311108 OR you can join us in person at Gray Memorial Church (2201 Old Bainbridge Road).

Please plan on showing up/signing on at LEAST 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting so that any technological issues can be fixed prior to meeting start time.

The documents below are VERY important so please read through prior to attending the meeting. It includes a voter proxy form and the proposed Bylaws changes.

January Board Meeting

Special Meeting – Speed Humps

On Tuesday, January 12 at 7pm your HV Board of Directors will host a special meeting to seek input from homeowners on the number and location of new speed humps in the neighborhood. Please take a few minutes to join us and share your thoughts. This is your neighborhood, nothing is out of reach and we want resident input. DOH-LEON TO OFFER FREE COVID-19 VACCINES FOR PEOPLE AGES 65 AND OLDER

Leon County residents ages 65 and older will soon be able to get their first COVID-19 vaccination. Starting this Thursday, December 31, the Florida Department of Health in Leon County (DOH-Leon) is offering vaccine to high-risk frontline health care workers and those 65 and older.  The department is launching a series of drive-through clinics at its Administration Building located at 2965 Municipal Way.

Residents can call the Leon County COVID-19 Call Center at 850-404-6300 and choose option 1 to schedule an appointment. The call center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Note: DOH-Leon main offices will be closed December 31 and January 1 in observance of the New Year holiday.)

COVID-19 vaccination appointments will be available on a first come, first served basis. 

Residents are asked to please bring government issued identification, and to expect to experience some possible delays in completing the vaccination process.

Eligible residents who sign up to receive the vaccination at the health department will receive the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.
